I moved into a new apartment complex and I was unsure of where to park. I cam in late and it was kind of dark. I parked in a Handicap spot and the next morning woke up and my car was gone. I called the police and they advised me that About Town Towing had my car. I called them and a really nice lady explained to me why I was towed and gave me very clear directions on their location. Once I got there I was greeted with a smile. WOW..My car has been towed before by another company and they were RUDE to me and made me feel stupid and that was not cool. Everything was explained to me here, and I was in and out in a flash. I know I messed up and that was my fault. The experience I had was just fine. I will use and recommend these guys anytime. My car was just fine and I had really costly stuff in it. I now know not to park there, however if I am stupid enough to do it, I hope they are the ones I get! LOL
Pros: Very Polite staff, quick at the window
