Seems like they have new management and they lost me as a customer. I have been using grecian for 12 years and the new people there dont have a clue about there own products. Its really sad....
What made me decide to go to a different place is when I called regarding a pool alarm because of a recent drowning that took place in Tottenville. The woman on the phone told me ""Well Nick (new manager) doesn't like pool alarms"" Hello?????? how cares what he likes.... is it a law and do yo sell them... she placed me on hold and after 2 minutes, I hung up.
I guess I will be forced to go to Montalbano's.... better to get ripped off than deal with this new team!
