Review content:
I would never go here again, even if it was the last place on earth that had food! My family and I were there on mother's day. It was very busy and we had quite a wait for our food(which wasn't a big deal because it was super busy). Our food came at all different times, again not a deal breaker for me. But then my food came, a bagel(which is listed as just that in the menu ""bagel"") which was smothered in butter and grilled. I am lactose intolerant(which I should have told them to begin with) so I asked for a new bagel just toasted(which I assumed it would have originally come as). So I'm waiting and waiting and waiting for my one bagel, which came after our bill came! And that wasn't even that big of a deal for me, I can eat a bagel on the run. But then our waitress asked if they had charged us for both bagels on the bill and we said yes, so she took the bill and asked the person who writes the bills to take it off(which I am assuming is Nancy, the owner). This women comes over in a huff and starts berating me about how she's not going to pay for the bagel and we ordered 2 bagels so we will pay for 2. I wanted to defuse the situation so I just said fine ok(I'm not going to argue over 1.50). But apparently she wanted to make a big stink about what I'm assuming costs her about 20 cents. She continued on and on actually saying ""who orders a toasted bagel when you can just do that at home"", she seriously said that! And all of that after I hadn't even asked to take the bagel off of the bill, I would have happily paid for both bagels because again I didn't warn them about my lactose intolerance. But I can't imagine how someone can run a business like that. It's some real Gordon Ramsay's kitchen nightmare's type stuff going on there!
