I am shocked to see the review below, but I'm guessing holiday confusion played a part. I called them for warranty repairs on my Jenn-Air appliances and they were quick to respond, showed up within a week, and diagnosed the problems pretty quick. Part was ordered and once the part arrived a few weeks later, their technician was at my house a couple of days later. I really appreciated the fact that he took the time to warn me about the plastic dishwasher tabs and how they might cause issues down the road and that I might want to avoid using the 'Clean' feature on my oven as that might cause some wear as well. Two thumbs up from this 1st time homeowner!
