I moved from Bella Vista several months ago, however I find the post office is still providing poor service just like they did when I lived there. I talked with the acting manager and his excuse was a substitute was possibly responsible for poor service/judgement. Briefly on May 2, 2010 I sent a birthday card to a 100 year old gentleman at Concordia Care Center. It has been returned twice (it's currently June 10, 2010) despite proper stamps both times. It appears my mistake was I put 7 Professional Way instead of 7 Professional Drive for the Concordia Care Center. Concordia Care Center was built in the early 1970's and the zip code has changed from 72714 to 72715. My first error was the zip code difference. You judge, but don't ever expect service from this branch. James Whitney's excuse was enough to let me know the problem starts with him as the acting manager. JK
