I've tried 'em all...Aunti Chang's, Doozo in the Park, but hands down, Ta Hua is amazingly the best. I've been going there for 15 years, since they had a location across from the Galleria. Now, since the only location left is in Memorial, I drive across town just for the dumplings. Service is swift; in fact, they know me and put my order in when I walk in the door: cup of hot & sour soup (delicious), steamed vegetable dumplings, water w/lemon. And the condiments for the dumplings are great too, the crushed ginger and jalepenos (2 separate condiments). I LOVE Ta Hua and wish they had more locations!
Pros: Steamed dumplings, service
