It was my first time at M2 and I will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. I agree with Karyn about their high pressure sales tactics. The lady only cared about trying to sell the dress and she did it in a very rude and obnoxious way. I tried on 2 dress, one of the dresses was too big so she had to clip it together. I asked her if she thought it would look good and if the corset back would look the same as the other dress. Well, she said ""all corset backs are the same because all you do is tie it together.""
I HAVE TRIED ON MANY CORSET BACK DRESSES AND THEY ARE NOT ALL THE SAME. THIS IS FROM EXPERIENCE, THEY ARE NOT ALL THE SAME!!! Not even if it's from the same designer.
I was so irritated that she kept saying that and she said it while shaking her head at me as if we were asking ridiculous questions. She was condescending and her persona was just rude.
Also, I talked to a lady that used to work there and she said that M2 was horrible and that their sales tactics were horrible. She said that the dresses don't have prices on them and so they will try to sell it to you for a higher price.
I don't know how they do business with rude customer service. Absolutely unacceptable. To all the brides-to-be, don't waste your time here....go elsewhere.
