Review content:
DNB was sent to my home by my home warranty service. DNB installed two water heaters and used a defective part. Within a few months the part failed and caused water damage to my home. Despite David Nathaniel Bailey, owner of DNB Services, plumbers license #17999, stating that he ""has continued to keep his customers satisfied"" and has his business 'by word of mouth instead of advertising', DNB has an unsatisfactory rating with the prominent consumer reporting agencies. Although he states he has a 2 year warranty on parts and labor and he has insurance, he and DNB and office manager Valerie will not respond to my certified letter nor numerous phone calls to resolve and reimburse me for funds to repair the damage his business caused to my home (the damage was under $2000). If you compare my request for reimbursement against the business Bailey and DNB have lost and will continue to lose as the facts of my case are relayed to potential customers and the home warranty service, they would have come out financially better if they had just been honest and done the right thing. Yes, Mr. Bailey as you say, ""word of mouth is the greatest ad."" Word of mouth conveys that you and DNB are not a business that anyone should be involved with.
Pros: Nothing good about their service or product
Cons: They do not stand behind their work and convey falsehoods
