Review content:
After a few years of taking classes at Free Spirit Yoga, I moved to a town across the river. Due to the longer commute to arrive home, I gave up Free Spirit Yoga. Since then, I tried a community yoga class with a friend and another in a yoga studio. I did not enjoy either class enough to attend a second time. What was missing from both those classes was the connection with the instruction. Stephanie makes each person feel cared for and special. Her beginners class is challenging yet easy to follow. She is always willing to demonstrate the movements....no matter how many times you may forget. In her newer location she has created a calm and relaxing atmosphere with few reminders of the distractions of the outside hectic world. Two weeks ago I returned to Free Sprit Yoga and knew immediately I was back in the exact right place for me. Pros: Lots of parking, easy location to pull in and out despite traffic, class begins promptly Cons: One may be tempted to grab a pizza afterwards as located next store
