purchased a dvd/headrest video. the day i drove off after being installed, the unit began to malfunction. I had them work on it and was promised that it was fixed. Well three weeks later still trying to get something resolved. A lot of smoke those guys are GREAT for trying to cover there tracks with lies lies and no customer satisfaction.
