Review content:
Stand in line to order breakfast from a single bartender taking orders. Coffee is served by the batender from behind the bar so when you want a refill, you get to stand in line again and wait. My wife ordered decaf and after standing in line, she was told that the refill was not free and she would have to pay again. Easy decision not to pay as the coffee (both regular and decaf) was lukewarm. Someone I didn't know in front of me in line politely mentioned that the coffee setup was terrible; she was rudely told to email the manager and ignored. Our food arrived cold, nothing worse than cold biscuits and gravy. Management must have **** for brains to have a system like this. Stay away!
