I called Rathbun after seeing their commercials on TV. Susan came over to my house the next day and explained their services and gave me an estimate on what my house would rent for. I was happy they answered their phone right away and very happy they sent someone over so quickly after I called. I signed up with them and they found me a good tenant about 3 weeks after I listed the house. I like all their advertising and I am happy the house rented so fast! I was a little surprised at the cost of cleaning and carpet cleaning my home-but at least they let me know in advance how much it would cost. I would recommend this company if you need to get your house rented fast!
Pros: Rented my home fast!
Cons: Cleaning expenses were high
