She is a lying, crazy lady!!! I was there and her version of the story is not how it happened. She lied from the very beginning. Her story kept changing and she was taken in even though all know that she had been a problem before. She tried to get as many services that day on her hair even though she had only wanted and was told by the owner she was only getting her root color done.He even showed her how what she was asking for was not making sense yet she agreed that that was what she wanted. She changed her story by the time she got to poor Phyllis. She said she was getting hilights, lowlights, and roots done. Then tried to even get a haircut, though she was not down for any of it. I believe she is either crazy or just tried to get as many services for free....
