If you like it HOT you will LOVE cardio express of Manchester. The heat is on 72! Seriously !!! who would think of keeping a gym at 72!! I personnally like to WORK UP to the sweat ... but the Staff are all very friendly, Chrissy, Alesha, Cindy,Micky, Matt, Manney are all very friendly... I am very sorry to see Alesha go... she 's always was very helpful and cheery and listens and had alot of great ideas for the gym. The staff does what it can but i realize that they aren't the one's with the control because alot of people complain and they have done their best to accomondate. Most of the customers are very friendly and are all ages shapes and sizes. I am older, need to lose weight and get in shape and the staff just treat you like a friend. Keep up the good work. Matt you're killing me!!! and again the gym won't be the same without Alesha! :(
Pros: Friendly down to earth staff, friendly down to earth customers, great classes
Cons: Way to hot for a gym! Need to get equipment fixed faster
