when i tried to address the owner over a complicated matter the employees refused to take my message, when i asked the owners name so that i could call back to speak with them they told me it was personal and cursed at me and told me not to call back, i had to contact the owner so i had to call back a few times finally later in the day i did talk to the 'owner' and the problem was resolved......i say 'owner' because i still dont know if thats really who i talked to, i guess he is not PROUD of his company, and you are the company you keep, lol. have a good one and AVOID CENTRAL VALLEY TOWING AT ALL COST!!!!!
