I bought a new ac unit from them in July 2010 I paid cash (4900) dollars and to install it they cut a huge hole in my ceiling and never repaired it. The unit has not worked since they installed it. I have called plenty of times to the office and the receptionist agrees with me on how long this matter has taken to resolve. Today ""HANK"" called me and rudely hung up the phone telling me they will be here at 8:30 am tomorrow. I have heard that dozens of times. James, Mike Hank, Hank Jr. by all of them. I filed a complaint with the BBB and now I will have to take legal terms. They will lie and suck you dry-they are lazy if it is not morning they will not go up into you attic. Research with the BBB,white pages,yellow pages. Read filtered reviews. Just call someone with good reviews (BBB). Just trying to help-don't be another good person taken for their hard earned money.
