I would highly recommend Appliance Service By Paul for all your appliances. I have had my washer, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator all worked on by them. I have used their services for more than 14 years and have had excellent results every time. I have recommended them to my family and each one of them has been very pleased with their experience. My 94 year old grandmother's refrigerator stopped working and they were there within 2 hours. They explained that when they receive a call for a refrigerator, it gets bumped to the top of the list because they fully understand the ramifications of food loss with a broken fridge. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very trustworthy (which is what I value most). I really appreciate that Paul, or one of his managers, is always willing to personally address any complication and they will go the extra mile to be sure my experience is satisfactory. It is good to know that there are still companies out there that put the customer first.
