Customer service was HORRIBLE. We had eight in our group so we told them we were together - Wrong! Why they wanted to know is beyond me. We all waited over 45 mins. to get our food. When we did, some plates came out wrong, without fries. We finally went in and wanted to see the manager, but they sent his daughter out. She made excuses about why it was taking so long, i.e. the grilled chicken, short handed, etc.. It was so thin, you'd think it only needed a few minutes to cook. Didn't acknowledge the situation at all. Other customers that day complained as well. Some in our group got their money back but one didn't get her food at all! Needless to say, i will never return to this place. My chicken sandwich was bland and used cheap chopped lettuce.
