Dr. Forgason is a nice person and I'm sure she means well, but she is a very dangerous type of doctor. I went to see her about some moderate anxiety related to a stressful work situation and ended up on numerous medications, two of which are incredibly addictive. I expressed my concern about these meds a few times and stated that I wanted to get off of them, but I was met with a brush off like ""what's the rush?"" or ""ah, you can just stop taking them whenever you feel like it."" The truth is that the process of getting of the benzodiazepines that she hands out like a Pez dispenser has been by far the most horrific experience of my life and I am now under the care of multiple doctors to the tune of thousands of dollars to get through this process. I would have NEVER taken her advice had I known what this would be like.

Cons: Only focused on prescribing medication
