Absolutely hideous and the worst place EVER to buy an apartment. This place is so incredibly horrid and just nasty in every way imaginable. I made the terrible mistake of signing up for a 1 year lease and it was one of the most worst experiences I've ever had in my entire life. The apartment itself was a 2 bedroom 1 bath. The kitchen was at all times just crawling with tiny exoskeletoned creatures of all sorts and types and a terrible stench was coming out from the drain pipe in the kitchen sink. The water is supplied to this apartment complex from a WASTE WATER (SEWAGE) Treatment Plant which recycles sewage water into drinkable water. So the tap water was completely unsuitable for drinking, cooking, and bathing. For ""security"" reasons they have this halogen light which stays on all day and all night placed directly outside my bedroom window. Which pretty much made getting a good night's sleep nearly an impossible task. Even with the blinds all the way down and in the closed position, there was way too much light entering into my bedroom. I also had some of the worst neighbors you could possibly imagine. Across from my apartment was living a black family. These people were absolutely obnoxious and overtly annoying at all times of the day and well into the night. The neighbors who lived directly beneath my apartment were Pakistani and their apartment was also crowded to the max with too many children. Which were also incredibly loud, as they would slam the doors shut every 10 seconds and did not cooperate when I politely asked them to close the door more softly, at least once in a great while. It was almost routine business as usual to see some form of EMS (Emergency Medical Services) Police, or ambulance or fire engine combination to make it's appearance at my neighbor's apartment. The neighbor downstairs actively guarded his parking spot like a hawk. He never let any guest park in his spot even for 5 measly minutes. The neighbor next door always had very annoying guests show up at his apartment whom always blared extremely loud rap music from their trashy cars. The neighbor next door was running a illicit ""mistress of the night"" ring and also was involved with contraband trafficking. The downstairs neighbor was also a contraband trafficker as well. I would absolutely not recommend this pile of filth and poor excuse for a apartment complex to anyone visiting this great city of Houston. This place seriously needs to be torn down. Pros: None that I can think of. Cons: Just makes me sick thinking about it.
