Review content:
After saying the job would be done within 1 1/2 days, 2 months later still not done. They put down the competition and laughed that the competition said the job would take 3 days. Live and learn. If it sounds too good to be true, it is!
After a week the job still was not done. They sent ONE GUY to do the whole job. I paid to have the furniture moved, but my friend and I had to move the furniture as they only sent one person for the entire job. I also found my most expensive piece of furniture lying outside in the dirt like a piece of trash.
** The worst part is after a couple of weeks they finally came to put the transitions in ... They were the wrong color! The representative on the phone there ADMITTED to me that they knew it was the wrong color and were simply hoping that I wouldn't notice. He said they were having this issue with many other clients and was (for what it's worth) very apologetic.
I have never publicly complained about anything in my life, but my experience with Flooring 2Day is the worst experience I have ever had with any vendor. The worst part is it still isn't over.
Please, there are so many choices. Look elsewhere. Do not support these guys.
Pros: The Installer was a nice guy
Cons: Lied about time frame, deliberatley tried to deceive me
