Review content:
We went to Covert Ford on Duval looking for a 2012 Ford Fusion. Frank Ayala helped us the first time we were there (and made us wait quite awhile as he was helping 2-3 other customers at the same time). We went to Riatta Ford in Manor because it was closer and thought we'd just see about when the 2013 Fusion Hybrid would be available. Riatta said it had just become open to order, with delivery in the fall. We contacted Frank again to see about ordering with them (he claimed he could beat Riatta's price). When we got there he went to see Jason Whited, the order specialist. They both came back and told us that ordering was not yet available on the 2013 Fusion Hybrid and that it would not be open for months. The cars would also not be ready until December or later for delivery. We went back to Riatta and have already placed an order for our 2013 Fusion Hybrid with an estimated delivery date of Sept/Oct. We won't be using Covert Ford in the future and don't recommend Jason or Frank to anyone looking for a car there.
