Review content:
I was shocked to go to the cemetary on 09/21/2008 and find no flowers on any of the plots. I placed a Fall Arrangement on my Fathers Gravesite knowing you would probably toss it in the trash. I called my Mom to ask if she had received any new guidelines and she said no. I stopped and talked to another visitor and she explained you can only place flowers on graves during certain times of the year. I would appreciate it if you have new guidelines in place that you email them to me. I also would like to understand why I can't keep flowers on my Fathers burial site. This used to be one of the most beautiful cemetaries in Richmond and on this day it looked pretty ""dead"", no pun intended. Is it your way of cutting cost. If so I find it discusting.
