Our home had bad wood and a bad roof.
G & H was recommended to us by a family member who used them years ago (and their whole street ended up using them too). If you could have seen the before and after---WOW!
We also used them to replace our windows and they beat everyones prices. These were Energy Star windows. Our roof color was Estate Grey from Owens Corning.I love the color. All of our old wood on the roof was taken off and replaced with Kool Ply wood--then the roof was put on with a ridge vent on top. They also added some slats with a screen in some triangle areas to help with cooling. They even took a dead squirrel out of our attic. All trash was cleaned up each day which was important to me. David Hansen even took my calls in the evening and weekends and was always friendly. The workers were very courteous(never saw them goofing) and put in time on weekends to get the job done as quickly as possible for us. The hardiplank was put in after they ripped off our old siding. We used LAP siding on the main house ---but---.They suggested the hardiplank STUCCO for our 3 panels out front--which really turned out nice. We asked them to do us another job & - for only $150.... (and this was a big job)---they even tore down a failing patio cover. So our total project was new roof , windows, and hardiplank siding. We could tell the difference in how cool our house felt immediately. We also had 2 other companies working at our home (Granite/Tile/inside painters)---G & H worked well with ALL of this other stuff going on. Great--HONEST people. Don't waste your time looking in the Yellow Pages for someone that you do not even know if they'll show up or even do quality work. You may see our home at 7409 Thundersee. Drive by and check out their great work. We are very happy.
