My fiance and I went into Calvin's to see if they could reset my Grandmother's wedding band for me to use as my wedding band. Katherine Rudd was an absolute dream to work with. She spent hours with us over the course of several visits, and even after my custom ring was made, she encouraged us to make small adjustments to it to make it even more beautiful. When it was time to choose my fiance's wedding band, she made smart and honest recommendations that helped us choose a ring most appropriate to our lifestyle, and saved us money as well! On the day that our rings were ready, they presented them to us with Mimosas and genuine excitement over our wedding. They also happily steam clean my engagement ring (purchased elsewhere) every time I visit the store, as well as checking the prongs, etc. I couldn't recommend them any more highly; I know Calvin's will be our family jeweler for many happy years to come.
Pros: Excellent customer service and absolutely beautiful pieces!
Cons: NOT a single con!
