I stumbled onto Calvin's website while searching for a particular jewelry designer (Gurhan) that my wife loves. Calvin's on-line selection was superior and the site was easy to navigate. However, I was still apprehensive about making an expensive jewelry purchase on-line. (Since I live in Maryland and Calvin's is in Austin, TX, it was unlikely that I'd be stopping in to check out the piece.) I decided to call the customer service line and I was connected with Laura Edwards. Ms. Edwards was AMAZING!! She made me feel more comfortable about buying jewelry on-line than I could have ever imagined!! She was a ""gem"" of a resource through the entire process. I would not hesitate to use Calvin's on-line services again (or to recommend it to anyone else) and I hope to get a chance to meet the excellent staff next time I'm in Austin. Thanks Laura!!
