From the moment we walked in the door, in May, I was completely impressed with every aspect of Calvin's. I came in with a pretty good idea of what I was looking for, but Lindsey helped us narrow it down to a few particular settings for my engagement ring. It only took me about 15 minutes to pick our the perfect setting. Every piece of jewely in the store was absolutely beautiful. It's very clear that they take pride in their product and hold extremely high standards, while offering outstanding customer service. 6 months later, Brandon propsed to me on Christmas Eve. It was the perfect diamond ring. I receive so many compliments every day, and several friends have mentioned it's the most beautiful ring they've ever seen. I did need to get the ring up-sized about a quarter of a size, because it was a little tight. I called to see if I could drop it off and have it re-sized. I was expecting to hear it would take them about a week to get around to it. They let me know I could bring it in and it would only take about 30 minutes, and re-sized it for me while I waited. All along the way, they have made sure that we are pleased with their service and happy with their product. We couldn't be happier. We had a perfect experience. The next time we purchase a piece of jewelry, it will be from Calvin's!
