I originally went to Calvin's to purchase my engagement ring for my finace. Linsdey H. helped me from Day 1, taking the time to discuss the different options including price range, quality, etc. As I knew nothing. Needless to say I purchased a ring and it was perfect and my fiance couldn't be happier. However, soon after the ring was accidentally damaged (due to our fault, not Calvin's), they re-shaped the band, replaced one of the diamonds and fixed the problem within 5 minutes for no charge!. And it looked as if it was still brand new! I can't think Calvin and Lindsey enough forall there wonderful customer service and for taking the time to work with me from the beginning. We will be back to purchase our wedding bands shortly!! Thanks again!
