My cat passed out and fell over one night very late. I rushed her to VERGI. They took her to the back immediately. A tech came and spoke to me then the vet spoke with me. They ran a number of tests and it turned out she was very anemic. They were fast and effecient. My cat is better now thanks to them. I did another incident with my cat. She was not critical the second time. We waited for quite a while, there were several critical cases that came in. I understood the wait, because just like a human ER critical patients go first. I am so glad these people are here for my fur child!
