The evening started with adjusting to the very dim lights, we ordered( by the way our waitress was very pleasant ) , we ordered the 2 for 20.00, I was very hungry, I had worked all day and not eaten. It was 6pm. So I was looking forward a nice meal. We got our appetizer and waited for 38 mins. ""after"" we finished our wings, my drink was empty as well. We finally recieved our dinners, my husband and I ordered 2 7oz. steaks, his med well, mine very well( I told them no red) when I recieved my steak it was med rare, my husband's was fine. When my husband told the waitress she said she'd talk to the manager. She came back and said her manager said if we'd like another. I said okay thinging , ""Okay they are tryng to fix this"" then I thought boy it took so long to bring our order it will take forever to finally enjoy my meal. That day I paid for a meal and ate mashed patatoes and some veggies! I was right. we called the waitress and said you know we need to leave been here too long. when we paid they had charged us an extra meal for the steak they were to replace! The manager was called, he was appalled by the complaint, and very rude, not only to us but to the waitresses working there. I will not recommend this place to anyone, especially with children.
