Businiess name:  Caffe Fiore Coffee Roasting Co

Review content:
ok here's the deal, I've worked in 'coffee' in Seattle for the past 10 years. I know coffee, I know people who know coffee, and I know people who've worked at Caffe Fiore. I was excited for it to open, I've been there numerous times and EVERY time my coffee is awful. So bad I've literally dumped it on the street. I don't know how it's gotten as far as it has with such a bad product. (The person I know who used to work there was also amazed, said she couldn't stand the coffee and was amazed the customers liked it.) Are we Seattleites that far removed from what good coffee is these days that we let pseudo-rock-star baristas influence our power to taste? Amazing! I avoid the place like the plague....because I adore a good cup of coffee! Pros: I don't need to use laxitives anymore Cons: all of it! (well ok, the orange walls are a nice touch)
