Review content:
Very disappointed in result. Ozark partially installed a metal roof on my cabin in 2009. Like a dummy I paid in full when the roof was not 100% complete but had assurances that they would be back to complete. Never happened. Numerous calls and written correspondence to Ozark with no results. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Ozark did not respond to them either.
