Review content:
We got a 12 year warranty with our DeWils kitchen cabinets. We were happy until various spots started to appear on the finish. I called my dealer and he never called me back. Months later I called again and he said the email to the DeWils rep had bounced. Gave him another month, no action from anybody. So I drove to Vancouver and did a ""60-minutes"" style walk-in to their corporate offices and got the attention of on Bob Burkholder, Sales Manager, who promise me action. A call that day from the dealer gave me hope. But now another month went by and nothing. So I asked Burkholder again and now he says the damage is because of wetness and so it's not covered! Show me a kitchen that has no water! So I guess I'm on my own despite the so-called ""Warranty."" DO NOT BUY DeWILS unless you don't want a warranty! Pros: Kitchen cabinets by DeWils -- looked nice when new Cons: Kitchen cabinets by DeWils -- finish went downhill and warranty denied, dealer and rep unresponsive for months
