I had problems too, mistakes and poor quality and would not recommend this cabinet line ever. Beware of this company, they produce an inferior product and don't stand behind it. They'll sell to any one willing to sell their product, qualified or not! more

We got a 12 year warranty with our DeWils kitchen cabinets. We were happy until various spots started to appear on the finish. I called my dealer and he never called me back. Months later I called again and he said the email to the DeWils rep had bounced. Gave him another month, no action from anybody. So I drove to Vancouver and did a ""60-minutes"" style walk-in to their corporate offices and got the attention of on Bob Burkholder, Sales Manager, who promise me action. A call that day from the dealer gave me hope. But now another month went by and nothing. So I asked Burkholder again and now he says the damage is because of wetness and so it's not covered! Show me a kitchen that has no water! So I guess I'm on my own despite the so-called ""Warranty."" DO NOT BUY DeWILS unless you don't want a warranty! Excellent customer service, friendly informed salesman, competitive pricing. Purchased a washing machine at 2.45pm on a Saturday and it was delivered THE SAME DAY before 5pm - now that's service!! I'd absolutely shop there again and recommend them over any ""high street multiple"". Pros: Everything more

We shopped at Standard TV and Appliance as well as a few others in Portland, but eventually we drove over to DeWils (on a friends reccomendation), and found prices BETTER than Standards on almost every item we were wanting to purchase. Pros: Good customer service, best prices, knowedable sales people Cons: in Vancouver so a small drive from Portland, had to order my washing machine; but only took 3 days. more
