Review content:
I am a current home owner at this mobile home park, and would never suggest anyone rent or buy a home in this park, it has been mismanaged and poorly ran for a long time now. The most recent property management company just backed out and only left the residents with a P.O. Box number on how to contact the property owner for the whole park. The over-all bills from the park do not get paid, and the owner seems to not care about paying taxes either.
