Review content:
We eat at the 410 Diner regularly and enjoy the service, the soups, several main dishes, and especially the price, very much. Unfortunately, the management at 410 Diner is among the rudest in the restaurant business. Upon pointing out that a dish was undercooked, a manager came to our table to inform me that I was mistaken and that the food was in fact overcooked. I informed him I was not looking for the dish to be comped, but he continued to insist I was wrong. THIS IS SIMPLY BAD MANAGEMENT AND BAD FOR BUSINESS!!!
