We purchased a trailer from them in October 2008. We've used the trailer less than 3500 miles and had 3 tires go bad on the brand new tires. We called after the first tire blew out and were told we had to deal with the tire manufacturer, which we did and got a replacement tire. The 2nd and 3rd tire blew out on a different trip, occurring about 30 miles apart. Since we put on our spare already we were stranded. We called South Hill RV to see if they could help us and all they would say is that they don?t manufacture the tires and would not help in any way. We would have been happy if they just would have made a phone call on our behalf to the manufacturer (we were stranded in a rest area), but their response: ""We don?t personally manufacture the tires"". They were more than happy to sell us a trailer, but as soon as we had a problem, they didn't want to help us at all. All they did was tell us to call the tire manufacturer. They didn?t care at all that we were stranded with a brand new trailer we bought from them. What is really sad is that we were a repeat customer because had a good experience in buying our first trailer there. We will not buy from them again! Beware!
