Businiess name:  Massage Envy

Review content:
The massage therapists that we've had were good. They do a thorough job of manipulating your muscles to relieve the tension, although (of course) some of them are better at it than others. The problem is the Massage Envy membership policy. If you sign up, you're automatically locked into a one-year membership. If you have to cancel if you lose your job or have an emergency, then you're stuck with it. They will freeze your account for a few months, but that also extends your obligation. The only way out for a financial hardship is to pay out the full balance of your membership. So...if you fall into a hard spot, you have to shell out $708 for the 12 months or $1,296 if you have 1 family member or friend signed up under your policy too. Your membership will be cancelled, but you'll have paid all of that money to not get massages that you've already paid for. Pros: excellent customer service, great therapist
