Review content:
I've used DZ for a couple of years. I'm used to the promise of clothes being ready and they're not, but it wasn't a huge deal to me because they did a nice job at a decent price. So when I needed a new zipper and a hem for my wedding dress I thought DZ would do a good job once again. The usual stuff happened. I had to go into on three different days to pick up a dress that wasn't ready. Finally when it was ready, I go in and try to have a fitting. Once on, I couldn't get the zipper up. I took the dress off and could barely get the zipper up on the hanger. The dress had some rutching and the zipper was getting caught at the rutching. I mentioned this to the tailor and she wasn't concerned. She told me that I just needed some help. I should have listened to my instinct because on my wedding day the zipper broke while the dress was on me! It was such a cheap zipper and put in so poorly that it split and then got stuck. My friends had no choice but to cut the zipper to get me out of the dress. Luckily, we were able to figure out a solution TWO hours before the wedding. Needless to say, I will never go back. I mean of all garments that should have extra time paid to them a wedding dress is the one. Very disappointing. Pros: Prices Cons: Poor quality work, always late
