Review content:
Do not be fooled by these bogus 5* reviews that you see here. They were all written by Dr. Gilley, his wife (Miss Gilley who also works in the office) and his staff who need customers to come in to be able to keep their jobs. There is no way this place deserves anything higher than 1 star. If I could give 0, I would. I went there once, and I will never go back again. The only reason I even heard of this place was because they charge very low but they try to make up for it by trying to scam you. Here is my experience:
They claimed to have dewormed my dog and charged me additional $12. My dog was never dewormed. When I called them about it, Dr. Gilley's wife tried implying I was lying but once I did not let it go, she said she will make a note on my folder so next time I am there, I will get a $12 discount. Who said I was going to go back there? So if you go there, make sure to go over everything on your receipt. Do not be distracted by the commotion that might be going around you. Review everything. The staff is very rude and impatient though but don't let that stop you from asking them why they charged you what they charged you!
