I have never seen anything like this. I was shocked! Who is this Dr. Gilley? Nobody knows. They don't make appointments, they tell you to just show up. You walk into a room FULL of sick animals and the floor is covered in urine and vomit. When they call your name a tech comes out and takes your pet behind a door and a few minutes later they come out with the diagnosis and hand you back your pet. I was told my cat received a shot, but they couldn't tell me what kind of shot, and how do I know she even got this shot? Who is this vet? I felt like Dorothy in the Wizzard of OZ, the nightmare version. My questions were answered by the receptionist... what?
