Rearly do people come on Google reviews to do anything other than rant about some negative experience. However, in a highly competitive market, its easy to anonymously slander the other guy and have a significant impact on his business. I'm here to say that Gerrard at Big D Transmission is a very honest and has absolute integrity. I mentioned to him how easy it is to write fake reviews on google... but he does things the right way and refuses to engage in that kind of business strategy. I brought my Tacoma in for a Transmission service and they took good care of me. While I was in the waiting room, I watched and listened as he conducted business professionally. And believe me when I say I'd be the first person to write a bad review if someone did me wrong. And this is the fundamental problem with Google feedback reviews. Its not the same as Ebay where a system determines who is actually writing the review... its just anonymous people and possibly competitors. I'm a happy customer. And I highly recommend Big D. Give Garrard a call and see for yourself. You won't get this kind of service from any other transmission shop.
