I have been to several Toni & Guy's over the last 15 years. Since we transfer so much I only would got to Toni & guy because they WERE the best. Until I moved to TX. I had gone to the Galleria in HST apprx 15 years ago where it was my first experience with them. I have since been in 6 different states and would only use them That was until I went to DALLAS TX. I went to Ziggy who did a good job the first time. The hair color was awful since they changed their product line. The guy bleached my hair, hes so bad I cant remember his name but, he isn't the reason I left. ZIGGY seems to think he knows everything. My second time back we argued long enough that the manager finally turned around and said, would you just cut that poor lady's hair. he wanted it alot shorter, i did not. He stated it was his job to take me to another place. I stated that I had just cut my hair short and I loved it this way, the new Vicoria Beckham look. I had lost 30lbs and at age 46 was feeling really good. ZIGGY told me it didn't matter what I thought only what others thought. He said if I didn't like it It would grow out. I stated If I didn't like it I wouldn't come back. I SHOULD HAVE LEFT. He started to cut, He realized I wasn't going to go for it. So the BAD undercut was sort of fixed by a fake cut. I tipped him the best, told his boss he did great and NEVER WENT BACK. I was so imbarrassed as another stylist and him were laughing as he stated he wanted to strangle me?????? So because I didn't want the new RIHANNA short look I was being difficault. 5 months later, the poor girl who had to fix my hair did a great job getting it not only back to a good healthy state due to color but I finally have a good cut. So thanks to ZIGGY, my 15 years of only going to Toni & Guy and ALWAYS recommending them has ended.
