Review content:
I'll take it a step further than the other reviewers -- Dr. Llewellyn's receptionist was downright rude. I recently moved to the neighborhood and was excited to find an optometrist down the street. During my initial visit, the receptionist was extremely unpleasant and he essentially grunted in response to my questions. He even got a little snarky with me. I returned a few days later hoping to interact with somebody else, but he was seated at the front desk again. Just as I expected, the guy was rude again. He appears to be miserable in his job, which makes me question Dr. Llewellyn's judgement. Why would he continue to employ someone who is mistreating his patients? How lame! Or perhaps Dr. Llewellyn is unpleasant, too. I'll never know because I'm never returning.
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Unpleasant employees
