We have owned 4 Acuras. Had service done at this dealership since 2003. In the last year we were given quotes and then after the service was completed it would cost more. We had to have a door handle replaced and upon completion we have had many electrical problems that they can't fix, and will not take responsiblity for. We took the vechicle in to have rear map light fixed again and an oil change, they said we needed new front brakes (this was done just 50K ago). The car needed a new battery, we had no problem until we pulled the car into the dealership that day. Spoke with other Houston area dealerships they said many service customers were coming to them who had bought the car at this dealership. One person in there said he comes in for an oil change and he will be there 3-4 hours and they always tell him he needs something done. Managers say they will call back and never do. They are doing an upcharge on the service. BEWARE. Pros: Sales Manger is Great Cons: Service Department is not to be trusted
