I've gone to her several times already and I feel like I've been misled by D Magazine (Incredibly, she was listed on the ""list"" at one time). In all the years I've been a pet owner (over 30 years), I've never met a vet who did not return a client's phone call - especially when she was called 3 times and assured that she would call back that same day! I call that pretty insensitive and inconsiderate...not exactly looking out for my pet's welfare. Just to be clear, when I've had questions for my vets in the past, they didn't REQUIRE that I bring my pet in everytime I had a question. It's called building trust and a relationship with a patient and I'm not sure she understands what that means. Dr. Ballard has demonstrated that her concern is NOT for my pet's welfare rather, I'm getting the impression that the monetary aspect is much more appealing to her practice. Pros: I can't think of any right now Cons: I question her integrity
