Review content:
I'm not an expert but have taken a year of lessons. This stable has many horses and gorgeous trails but I was let down by the condition of the stables. They were more run-down than I am accustomed to. Not abusively so, but still disappointing. The horses we rode were exhausted. It was late afternoon on a hot day, but with so many horses they could have switched out. Trail-horses are docile but this went beyond that. The stirrups were not able to be adjusted short enough for my legs. (I'm not short at 5'6""!) Staff was polite, but not particularly friendly or helpful with riding skills for my beginner companions. Many horses seemed not to have been groomed that day ... not dirty but not as shiny as I would expect from this well-reputed stable. NEAT rare peruvian horse in the stables though! Pros: good prices, Lots of Horses, Wonderful trails Cons: Questionable stables, tired horses, lacked equipment
