When I walk in to the office I feel warm & fuzzy. There is a family atmosphere & I am greeted as if the Doc & staff are glad to see me. As a matter of fact, several members of my family have gone to Dr Richardson for years. I have been in a car wreck & hurt at work & owe the way my back feels to the Doc. He cares about his patience as individuals & not just a number in the computer. His right hand woman is Carrie, his assistant. She is warm & has a great smile. I always enjoy my visit. We all know what a drag going to the doctor is.
