Powertech provides a good service. They're not necessarily the lowest price, but I think the value of their service is great. We go a long ways with them.
Steve has always been there and is available to give us advice in order to help us to find the right product and lead us in the right direction.
Neta is our new customer service rep. She knows and understands her stuff, and what she doesn't know she'll research and go to great lengths to get you the quote and information you're after. I have rarely worked with somebody that friendly and willing to help. She is an extremely nice person and a phenomenal rep.
Companies can be good, but it really comes down to the people. With Powertech, it's all about the people. They have really good people working for them.
