referring to dancingbutterfly: i personally suppose you dont know much about the business. there is a different between regular acrylics and solar nails, but obviously you dont have an idea of its significance. yes solar nails has a process dealing with powdered and yet also does acrylics. they both require powder. so where ever you are going that tells you acrylics dont need powder is wrong. in my opinion, the process of getting complete with a set depends on the nail tech themselves. i have tried many different nail techs, and their speed varies. and no artificial nails of any kind that will last six months. even a kid will know that theory. portland's hottest nails dont cheat anyone, they charge by what they can offer and give out the best experience a client asks for. maybe you're just confused about what you wanted and make a wrong judgment. they tell the truth and advice in which a professional nail tech would do in order to satisfy the client's needs. and for whom is supporting portlands hottest nails, that is very appreciative.
